Security of the store area

Stores will remain locked. Ordinary workers / employees will not be able to enter this area. If someone enters this area in case of emergency, they will enter the name and surname in the register kept at the gate and enter after “SECURITY PASS”. Authorized persons must wear ID card and ÒSECURITY PASS ”while working in the store. If any worker / employee changes in the store area, it will be saved in the register.

Area security:

All workers / employees and officers must wear the identity card and must submit the identity card to the authority at the time of leaving the job. He will not be able to enter the factory with matches, drugs, lighters, any kind of chemicals, any kind of sharp equipment. The security can search the bodies of all the workers / officers for the safety of the factory. But cannot be searched for the purpose of harassment. In this case, if you want to check the women, you can search the female guards and if necessary, you can search their bags, tiffin boxes and other items. If any worker / officer / employee sees any kind of unpleasant thing which is a threat to the safety of the factory then he must inform the authorities.

Security guards do:

Security personnel must wear uniforms, boots and caps while on duty. Posts cannot be left without permission while on duty. It is not possible to go outside the factory without the written gate pass of the authority. No security personnel can be deployed within 500 yards around the factory without duty.

In the case of inspectors:

The security personnel who enter the building will write their name, the name of the incoming company in the register kept at the gate and will know their identity. Then contact the concerned officer / employee to confirm the identity of the inspector and check the inspector through metal detector and if there is any kind of goods with him, the security will search it and then give ÒSECURITY PASS ”pass. A security guard will hand over the inspector or the person concerned to the officer / employee.

Security of the finishing area

The escortman / packing and closing product area will be locked. Workers working in this area will wear different types of clothes and use ID cards. Ordinary workers / employees will not be allowed to enter the Assort / Packing and Finishing Products area. If someone enters the area in case of emergency, they will enter the name and surname in the register kept at the gate and enter after ÒSECURITY PASS ”. There will also be a register in the closing product area to keep track of arrivals and departures. The finishing in-charge will have one set of keys for daily work and the corresponding set of keys will be in the security in-charge. Assort / packing and closing product will be kept in the register in case of any change of worker / employee in the area. Loaders wearing “ECSECURITY PASS” will enter the protected area to pick up cartoons and blisters.

Safety of loading area

A member of the security section will ensure the safety of the loading area. Security compliance will check whether the imported truck, cover van, container is properly sealed. He will inspect empty trucks and containers before loading. The driver will then verify the identity of the CNF agent's staff and loaders and save a list of participants in the loading. Loaders will wear certain clothing and ID cards provided during loading and unloading. No one can enter the cover van or container except the authorized person. The entrance of all containers / cover vans will be locked. Seal the security compliance and save the seal number before handing over the full container / covervan to the CNF agent. The store manager and store officer will represent the store and ensure that the goods are loaded according to the commercial invoice / packing list. Security Compliance will oversee it and in case of excess / deficiency he will keep his record and inform the authorities.
