Misconducts of The Employee
Misconducts:
Company Management will treat the following actions as misconducts.
Willful insubordination of disobedience
.Theft, fraud & dishonesty
Giving or taking bribe
Unauthorised absent
Habitual neglıgence at work
Violence && influencing others in destructive activities
Illegal strike & stoppage of work
Illegal relationship with workers/staff
Threaten and abuse
Audacity, riotous or disorderly behavior
Drag use or transportation
Falsifying or fabrication of information
Practicing zero tolerance
For doing the above mentioned activities will be treated as violation of company' s rules & Code of Conduct and DiscIplinary measures may be taken by the management against the concerned employee.
Zero Tolerance issues
Verbal abuses
Physical assault/ abuse
Theft
Sexual HarasSment
Executing zero tolerance activities is unforgiveable oftence and the concern emplovee
may be terminated trom service.
