Misconducts of The Employee

Misconducts:

Company Management will treat the following actions as misconducts.



  1. Willful insubordination of disobedience

  2. .Theft, fraud & dishonesty

  3. Giving or taking bribe

  4. Unauthorised absent

  5. Habitual neglıgence at work

  6. Violence && influencing others in destructive activities

  7. Illegal strike & stoppage of work

  8. Illegal relationship with workers/staff

  9. Threaten and abuse

  10. Audacity, riotous or disorderly behavior

  11. Drag use or transportation

  12. Falsifying or fabrication of information

  13. Practicing zero tolerance

For doing the above mentioned activities will be treated as violation of company' s rules & Code of Conduct and DiscIplinary measures may be taken by the management against the concerned employee.


Zero Tolerance issues

 

  1. Verbal abuses

  2. Physical assault/ abuse

  3. Theft

  4. Sexual HarasSment


Executing zero tolerance activities is unforgiveable oftence and the concern emplovee

may be terminated trom service.
